Terms of Service for DACHSHUND (daxx.online)

This Agreement governs the terms of use for the URL shortening service, DACHSHUND (daxx.online).

Article 1 Prohibited Actions

Users shall not engage in any of the following acts when using the service:

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals.
• Acts related to criminal activities.
• Infringing on intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy rights, or other rights of third parties.
• Shortening URLs that contain content such as:
  • Adult content, child pornography, or child abuse information.
  • Information regarding illegal drugs, weapons, or other illegal items.
  • Scam, phishing, or malicious content (e.g., viruses).
  • Content that slanders or is excessively violent or cruel.
• Using the service for spam purposes (mass, unilateral forwarding/advertising).
• Acts that disrupt the functionality of this service or third-party servers/networks.

Article 2 Service Interruption

We may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of the service without prior notice to the user in the event of:

1. Maintenance or updating of the computer system related to this service.
2. When the provision of this service becomes difficult due to force majeure (fire, power outage, natural disaster, etc.).

Article 3 Disclaimer

1. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from the URL shortened using this service.
2. If a user violates these terms, we reserve the right to delete the corresponding shortened URL without prior notice.
